Can we make improvised bombs out of Iranians and strap them to terrorist targets in Iraq?

Question

If we must beef up our troops and weapons in Iraq, can we fight fire with fire and start making our own improvised bombs out of Iranians and strapping them to different militant and terrorist targets in Iraq? In this way, we could wipe out two "Axis of Evil" targets as Pres. Bush would say, for the price of one!

The solution is very simple. For every Iranian made IED exploded in Iraq, we fire one cruise missile into Tehran. That would definitely get their attention.
