Full English fry up!
Bacon, eggs, sausage, tomato's, mushrooms, beans, hash browns.
All covered in brown sauce with a couple of slices of toast.
Some people have black pudding as well, but I don't like it.

My most favorite is at Bob Evans: western omlet, hash browns with onions and sausage gravy, toast with jelly and butter ( or more gravy ), a large orange juice and a large glass of water. In a rush I can handle a McDonalds big breakfast with a large orange juice. But by far I would rather eat at Bob Evans. If I eat at Bob's for breakfast, I do skip lunch.
