When I was seven my moms husband at the time molested me. He also molested my sister and 3 brothers later on after we moved to wyoming. To this day he is still talking about what he did to me. He told his current wife that she felt tight just like I did when I was 7. How sick is that? He is now 42 or 43 years old. He lives in Cheyenne Wyoming. I am trying to put him away but my mom won't do anything about it. See his current wife wrote my mom a letter about what he told her and my mom has that letter which I have asked for for over a year now and she refuses to give it to me. My mom is not allowed to see my new baby girl for fear of maybe she was involved with him in molesting me and the others. I don't know. There is no reason for her to not give me the letter as it speaks of me. Everyone that could testify against him won't. I don't know what to do about this. I have a weak case. My mom won't allow the others to testify or me even talk to them. The police won't investigate. I tried.

There is no statute of limitations on a FELONY offense. If you tried the city police, I would try the county and if they won't help I would go to the States and if they won't help....call the media.

In most states rape of a 7 year old is considered like a murder, no statute of limitations. Report the crime now. Even if nothing happens others will probably come forward and this pervert will be stopped.

I know a girl who was raped by her dad beginning at the age of 7. When her grandparents found out they reported it. She was in college and refused to go home on breaks. The authorities took him back to where she lived at 7 and they prosecuted him. He was found guilty and has been in prison on a life sentence for about 12 years now. This happened in Florida.
