There is CHAMP cars that are considered a type of Indy Car, because CART split to make what is now IRL & CART.

Surely. There is Formula V in America, and there is also F-2000, F-3000, F-3, I think F-2 is coming back, and then there is kart racing. Kart racing is like the first step followed by Formula V, then F-3000, F-3, F-2, F-1. Bridgestone has a racing school in Canada where they teach you to either be a mechanic or a racer.

Formula 3, GP2, Formula Renault, and Formula BMW are all farily major series that are run mainly in Europe. Formula Mazda, Formula Vee, Formula Atlantic, Formula Ford, and Formula 500 are all series that are active in North America. And various go kart series are run in many countries.
