My wife used it. She has oily skin and it helps cut down the acne alot. I could preach all day but until you try it yourself it does no good. They have a really good money back guarentee. What do you have to lose, except the acne?

Haven't tried proactive but I have been using Zenmed products for about 2 months and I noticed a considerable decline in the amount of acne present on my body. This is the only product that I can see working. I finally found a product that actually worked on my skin. Cheers…

My sister used it. It cleared her skin very nicely so my daughter who only had a couple of zits tried it and broke out all over. It depends on the person, skin type and if there are any allergies ofcourse. If your skin is sensitive there won't be much you can use on it, however, it also good to take vitamin A because it is really good for promoting skin health and it is also beneficial to take the Bs. Not B.S. but B vitamins and the two generally make most anyone's skin nicer looking. I believe it is A though that also cures nightblindness except when you take too much of it. Then your night blindness becomes worse, so never exceed recommended daily allowances. More is not always better and good luck.

I am a real person who has had acne for over 30 years. I have never found anything better than proactive and, believe me, I've tried everything. You can also take antibiotics, but they may hurt your stomach (they did mine!). Another drug is acutane, which sucks- makes your lips crack and bleed, is very expensive, and may not work. PROACTIVE WORKS. I promise you.

Before you spend some serious cash over time on Proactive...
I have severe acne and scar easily too. So I feel your pain. I found this website, and they have essential oil blends that they tell you how and what to mix it with to help heal your acne. That one is oily on your face, but it really works! And the other one is in the free recipe section to help get rid of acne scars. That one really works, but you don't see the results over night... you have to be patient. It worked on me, and my face was pretty bad. On that same page, they also have acne mask.

I've been using Proactiv for 4 years and I love it! However, if you stop using it, it makes your acne come back even worse, so be diligent about the 3 step routine. Everyone's skin is different, but I personally love it.
Hope I helped! :)

I works for awhile. For me, though I can't speak for all people, it worked for a few years. However, I guess my skin has gotten used to it and I've been breaking out again, even though I use Proactive regularly.

i used it for the breakout i had because my clearasil wasn't working anymore for some strange reason and proactive made my skin worse! it turned my spots into scars and i got dark spots all over my face........didn't work for me. i went bk to using what i used as a kid (noxzema face cream). it lightened up the dark spots and keeps my sking moisturized and clean. Proactive dosent work for everyone, it can cause serious damage. and i didn't even have bad acne, i just wanted to stay clear like diddy.

If you have sensative skin don't use it but if you can use any kind of face product then it will probably work for you. For sensative skinned people it may cause you to break out and if that happens just start washing your face with regular delicate soap and then gradually work your way into a new product. But if you have tough skin then it will work for you I know a lot of people who say different things about that product
Hope it works for you

I've never used proactive but i had from school who had not so much bad acne but it was quite obvious. When she started using proactive her acne wasn't so obvious anymore. She did say it made her skin a little dry though.
