Although I would be tempted by the mustache ride, I might have to go with bowling. Even if you hate bowling... you like bowling.

Maybe take her to the place where you first met; or where you had your first date? (Note: there are a few exceptions; for example; if you met her in a VD clinic; don't take her back there!). If there are any radio stations in your area that take requests see if they'll play her favorite song (or some really mushy love song) usually, you can get the DJ to say something like; this song is being sent from [his name] to a very special lady [her name]. You'll need to find out about what time it will play and make sure she's listening! (this would only count as a portion of what you do for her on her special day, otherwise you'll look cheap). Some other things, instead of going to a street dance, sighn the two of you up for ballroom dance lessons (if you don't already know how), Some other ideas: take her roller skating, go for a hot air balloon ride, take her skeet shooting, go to a karoke bar, or one of the bars that has mechanical bull riding, send her to one of those spas where they fuss over her with all kinds of beauty treatments and girl stuff, take her to one of those places where you rent the paintball guns and shoot at each other, rent a sail (or speed) boat; maybe take her to an island for a picnic, take her to one of those photo places where they do the glamour shots, take her on a shopping spree to all her favorite stores (note: you'll need to establish some kind of limit on spending or you will spoil her totally). These are just some ideas; I have no idea what she like to do and how much you want to spend on her.

Oh, don't worry about the anniversary thing generally meaning annually... that is true - but don't worry about it.
However, don't go overboard - it is, after all, only 5 months.
So, compose her a little poem and give her a single flower. Not a rose, but a nice flower and then give her a Hershey's Hug & Kiss, telling her that the bigger gifts come further down the road, with a smile and a wink.
Have fun and laugh!

you have been in the presence of this amazing person for 5 months. ask yourself, what does she like? Books? Restaurants? Wine? a comedy club? etc..... We woman want effort! And lots of it. By now I bet she knows all your favorite things, and is bursting to please you. Only you will know what to do. Oh and the street dance is a good start but be sure she gets you all alone at some point, we love our mans undivided attention.

well that depends on if she like street dances...if not then thats not a good idea... and if she is the romantic type then i dont think that would b good either... so romanitc-dinner for 2... if shes into the street dance deal... do that then take a walk in the park... or something romantic... after the street dance... hope she likes it...

Clumsiness could be an endearing high quality, as long is this is no longer a actual danger to be around the female. If a woman is clumsy the guy will consistently have the prospect to be there and "make it extra powerful."

What you should do is bring her out to her favorite restaurant, share a dish. Then, walk to the place where you and her shared your first romantic moment and just hold eachother there. Tell her sweet things, she will love it, trust me.

For starters, generally the word anniversary means yearly, not monthly.
