ok... so i kissed one of my best friends... and it was fine... we have been friends for a long time... and then i kissed him... after he left i texted him and i asked him what it meant 2 him... all he said was that it didnt mean anything... its only a kiss... and i dont think thats right... i really dont know what to say or how to react... but can anyone out there help me out... what do you think it means...??? i really can about him and he feels the say about me... because we have talked about it b4... thats how close we are we talk about everything... but id really like what he means by its only a kiss...???

A kiss may not mean everything, but it does mean an awful lot. There is no way he should have told you that. A kiss is so intimate, so personal. I still remember the great kisses, some of which came from girls whom I thought only liked me as a friend; the kisses told me otherwise.

my opinion i think he's trying to like make you think he doesn't care like in a way playing hard to get and saying eh it was nothing and he was probably thinking he was cool when he said that but the truth it probably meant a lot to him if you both liked each other try not to worry about it to much, and maybe by him saying "its only a kiss" i get the feeling that he just doesn't want to make it a big deal.

It was just a kiss, not a marriage proposal. Get over it. People kiss everyday. The trick is to take it slow and see where it goes without being obsessive over every single little thing.

apparently to him it was nothing..no big deal..just a friendly kiss..or it could be hes waiting to build up to get more..bu i feel like the first answer of mine is correct..your apparently trying to make something more than jsut a friendship..
