Thats really not big at all, but if your feeling bad about it then just drop 5-10 pounds. You dont need to, but if it would make you feel better then do it for yourself

I am in the same exact position as you- 5'10" and 130lbs. And I am currently going through a "fat" mode, and no matter what my mom always barks at me to eat less. Don't listen to her for 1 and 2, don't loose weight, we look sick then. Instead, find a few things about yourself that you really like- ur eyes, smile, hair... focus on those and you'll start to notice a better feeling for yourself than before, since you're not focusing on the "negative" in your mind. It takes a little time, but if you stick to it, it'll work.

I'd do ANYTHING to get back to 130. You're very skinny if you ask me. You sound like you're underweight. You need to gain weight. I'm 5'2: & weigh almost 300 lbs.

That weight seems even light for your height! I am not sure if you are male or female...but either way- you need help with body image - not your weight. You're right - it's how you feel not how you look. I am sure you look great!

Talk with someone else - another trusted adult or counselor. You are not big. All the best to you.

You are not fat. If you think you are bigger than you want to be, then do increased exercise but don't cut down on your eating. I think you feel not confident because your mom is not supportive. When parents aren't supportive it does awful things to us. But to repeat, you are not fat. My SIL is your height and weighs more than you. She looks very slender and is very fit.

130 for 5'10 is actually pretty darn good. That's not bad at all. I'm being dead serious. You shouldn't feel fat, and as long as you know you're not fat, it doesn't matter what other people think.

5'4 and i''m 154 lbs i wish i was 13 lbs that's what i'm trying to get to. you sound very underweight for your height, you may have to actually go to your doctor and check that out. i worry about your mother though, she possibly is a bulimic if she is telling you that you're fat.

Weight isn't the issue ... it's self confidence .... I've known skinny folks and huge folks, pretty folk and ugly folks ... it really matters not if you have the self confidence you will be a sucess. Learn to find what good things you have to offer, learn to leanr more ..... make you the best you can be, smart, intelegent, use good common sence.... you will do well.

I've known beauitful people who couldn't tie thier own shoes.....
