(Yo) te amo más.
“I love you even more”
(Yo) te amo mucho más.
NOTE: Most Spanish speakers will not use the pronouns (I, he, she, etc.) in the beginning of the sentence. By the way, that is grammatically correct.
You can also use the verb “quiero”, which means “to like”, instead of “amo”. The verb “amo” is stronger.

You may use "Te amo más" in a general way or "Yo te amo más" if you want to emphasize the "I" part (sentences in Spanish do not always use subjects). Note that the "a" in "más" is accented.
