In Rajasthan Goojars are making life of people miserable.Is it not hightime to remove all sorts of reservation

At the time these reservations were made in constitution,there were weaker sections and the govt.wanted to uplift them by giving opportunity to study and get job in govt. Today the situation has changed and because of the better positions the reserved category is more successful than the unreserved in every field. It is hightime for the government to make amendment in the Constitution to remove all sort of reservations in order to get better and qualified persons with brain in govt.services. Because of the reservations only these types of inhuman and violent actions are taken by group of persons whereby forcing the govt.to bow before such anti-social elements. Govt should not care for the vote banks of the politicians but should care for the future of the country. In no other country these types of reservations are given. India should stop all these stupid reservation policy.

I fully agree with you. Unfortunately we don’t have any politician or political party in whole of India who will think & do as you say. We have only self centered politicians & political parties who are only interested in their vote banks & this is the reason the reservation is still in continuation even it was to be done only for a short period of time when it was included in the Constitution of India by the framer of it. The various governments in these 60 years have never dared to get the reservation totally removed from the Constitution but used it as an arm to get votes, none of the political party you name it has guts to get this reservation policy stopped, rather some politicians want them to increase & include even those categories which are still not included in any of the reserved categories, what you'll say about them?

Thanks to the stratified social set up of Hindus in India. many communities belong to the so called "depressed classes", neglected and deprived of their rights, for centuries! If they are to join the mainstream,they have to compete with the priviliged classes.Hence, they have to be treated as "handicapped" and reservations be made for them.The dalits were the worst sufferers. In the constitution of India,reservation has been provided to the SCs and STs. Now they haveproved that they too could play the ball game.
Intelligence is not the monopoly of any group.It belongs to the individual only.
Reservations in India are bound to continue for some more years.What the state has to ensure is that politicians do not try to gain political mileage from such situations.

Yes.
Instead of taking efforts to gradually reduce reservation the politicians have allowed the creamy in all the reserved categories to enjoy reservation over and over again at the cost of the rest of the people in those categories defeating the very purpose of the reservation.
Apart from that they were also adding more and more castes in the reservation category.Now they are facing the consequences.
At least now,taking advantage of Supreme court directions they must freeze for the present and gradually reduce and eliminate in a time frame.

The cause of trouble in Rajasthan is the conflict between the Hindu lower & upper castes. The Hindu Gujjars demand their inclusion in the Scheduled Castes; they are now in Backward Castes. Indian Government gives special treatment to the Hindu Castes & Hindu Tribes. They are called Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward castes. Hinduism has ten thousands of castes. No Hindu can be without caste. In all application forms of Government offices & educational institutions, always the applicant is compulsorily asked the religion and caste.

The Central & all State Governments provided reservations in employment/jobs and educational institutions to members of the Scheduled Castes/Tribes & Backward Castes with lot of other facilities: FREE houses, house sites, agricultural lands, seeds, fertilizers, occupational equipments, dresses & uniforms, books, hostels, monthly expenses, etc. They can avail of it so long as they are Hindus and SCs STs & BCs.

The very important & much necessary condition of remaining SC, ST, OBC is to remain a Hindu in Hinduism. Hinduism is not a religion. It is a culture, custom, tradition, way of Hindus' lives in Hindustan (India). It is claimed as such by all the well known Hindu priests, scholars, intellectuals, books, scripts, the Ruling Political Parties BJP & Shiv Sena, Bajrang Dal, the Indian & International strongest Hindu organisations RSS & VHP, etc.

Hinduism categorised Hindus in 4 varnas and the remaining were untouchables ie worst & dirtiest than dirty animals. The castes born in can never be changed as per Hinduism (Holy Bhagavad Gita), Supreme/High Courts and Central/ State Govts' orders, laws and rules. All those, claim and confirm that Islam & Christianity have no castes. No Hindu can be without a caste.

People of these Hindu Scheduled castes/Tribes & Backward castes are much degraded and lower viewed, humiliated, harassed, victimised & insulted in Hinduism which practises casteism based inequality. The moment they embrace a religion Islam or Christianity, they lose all the Govt. facilities though their financial and social condition will remain same. They have to pay such a big cost to come out of Hinduism; hence mostly prefer to remain in Hinduism for such financial benefits by tolerating all atrocities, cruelty and harassment.

The moment, the Govt. withdraws these facilities/subsidies and reservations, millions and millions of SCs, STs & BCs will atonce jump out of Hinduism and embrace a religion Christianity or Islam. Hence learned intellectual scholar Hindus in power always continue such facilities to SCs, STs & BCs to keep them in Hinduism suffering all sorts of insults, inequalities, inhumanities, humiliations, etc.

i agree with u. dis is the tip of d iceberg. India will soon be like Tamil Nadu, ppl will fight for SC/ST/OBC status, and then they will keep fighting for 'more backward' and 'most backward' status as if they'll become Miss Universe!
The govt culd've actually expected this... what do they expect when backward maens quota?! it happened during the British Raj... when muslim electorates were reserved... it led to the division of India.
Now the govt is playing divide and rule with us!
jai tamil nadu... karunanidhi thinks reservation for every tom-****-and-harry without improving primary education is any solution at all

In fact government of India must extend the benifits to all less previeledged communities. See the plight of Brahmins before partition and after partition of India. Brahmins are target of media films etc. They were also target of colonial powers they must be included for the benifits
Even Punjabi Samaj also deserve. See how much loss they had to incur to meet the political ambitions of Nehru and jinnah There was genocide of punjabis. their properties were looted. They were uprooted.
Reservations must be extended to them They were scattered to all over India. Atleast 50 percent of government quota must go to them
