It's a generic product that's sold in discount stores. No Ad simply means No Advertising. They don't place expensive ads, or have expensive, fancy packaging, and can charge less for their product. Remember, many generic "no name" brands are manufactured in the same facility, and to the same standards, as some of the higher quality brands.

No Ad sunblock is an effective, inexpensive product, and I've used it for years.

I have heard this many times, it usually means 1 of 2 things: 1. When having sexual contact with another they feel well like a cheese grater (not nice) 2. A mean name to call somebody who has braces or big teeth Hope I helped

No Advertising. The company doesn't spend money on marketing, so it can sell you sun block at a substantially lower price. I have friends who use it and it seems to do the job, without the extra expense.
Happy sunning!

Its "no advertising" or "not advertised". That's pretty much it. They don't advertise, you get a great product at a cheaper price.
