cut it into slicesthen put it in ur shredder then again then again then again then again...... WALLLAAAAAAA.....presto!!! seeds made from a root....

Leave it in the ground two years, let it flower and let the seeds ripen. Of course, the turnip will be useless at that point, but you'll have tons of baby seeds to make new turnips with (-:.

Seeds from an onion, though -- that's much trickier!

Turnips are a root vegetable like carrots, the seeds are produced from the greens when they mature and flower.
