I have a revoulutionary weapon and want a patent from the military were do I go or were do I send the letter how do I do it if its done it will save our soldiers lives and end the enemys so please help me out.

The military does not issues patents. That is the function of the U. S. Patent Office. You can google their site, but the basic lowdown is that when you apply for a patent, the Patent Office has to research your invention. They need a working model (a prototype) or detailed technical drawings and specifications.

In the mean time, you can put "Patent Pending" in place of a patent number on your product. It is very dificult to work your way through the process without the help of an experienced pattent attorney.

You have to get a normal patent first. And get ready for a long wait. Remember the Valentine Day Masacre? The guy who made that gun (was it the tommy gun?) wanted it for the military and the military never took it in until after the guy died.

In order to register a patent yourself, you must be over 18 years old in the USA. Otherwise, the patent is registered to your legal guardian (parents).

Im not sure exactly, but I suggest getting in contact with he Commander of a nearby military base. I believe that he/she would be able to help you out with this.
