Everyone who believes in God nowadays, with very few exceptions. Only a handful of people attribute every gust of wind, every "natural disaster" as literally an "act of God", and we tend to view them as wacko extremists. The real issue separating different types of Christians is that some admit what they are doing and some pretend to be following the whole Bible and then conveniently ignore the inconvenient and incredible parts.

Which bible? Better yet, which part of the Bible? There are so many contradictions in the Bible about the attributes of God. In the Old Testament He is an angry and vengeful God; in the New Testament He is portrayed as being much more benevolent. In one part He allows incest, in another part He gives commandments against adultery...

If you try to believe that God can behave so erratically, you can drive yourself crazy!
The Bible was written by men. The books of the bible reflect their beliefs, biases and their understanding of the world in the time period they lived in.

I think that God supercedes our attempts to define Him/Her/It (however you want to think of God). Each of us experiences God in our own way, regarless of scriptural teachings. How could it be any other way?

I believe god might exist, but not the Christian god. The Christian god is too violent, the bible has too many contradictions and inconsistencies, and at least 90% of Christianity was stolen from earlier mythology and religions.

me, I believe God is the underlying intelligence and order of the universe and that studying mathematics and physics is studying the mind of God and you can meet him half way thru these mediums of mathematics and physics. its a Pythagorean/Platonist/Pantheist Albert Einstein kind of thing. Lots of people understand it but a lot of people do not. But I still read the Bible evry day, its a good book
