During Noah's famous Ark mission during the time of the great flood, the Red Sea was overflowing with water as was most of the rest of the world. The fish were fine. It was Moses who was around when God used him to part the Red Sea.

Noah? When the Red Sea parted it just parted for a moment and they were able to walk over the stones. This has actually to be proven that it did part and scientists have showed how it happened. The fish rolled into the waves. Impossible as it sounds it is proven.

God parted the Red Sea for Moses and the children of Israel to cross on dry land. I would have to assume the fish went with the water.

Noah did not part the sea. God did. How He did is solvable in a million different formats. Perhaps He used strong winds, used His Hands to seperate it, I don't know or care.

The most likely is strong winds, and if that happened, it solves your first question. If it was winds, then all the water just shifted. The fish would've just stayed. The end.
