Got an idea for an inscription on the wedding ring to him. We are always doing the childish "I love you " with our hands. You know the one. So how does "Pinky, Pointer, thumb" sound or if you have a better way to say that i want to hear it.

I think its cute and he will like...I would just shorten it to "PPT Forever" or see if you can someone to inscribe the hand in that position...that would be the best.

I don't think the "I love you" with your hands is childish - it's actually "I love you" in ASL (American Sign Language). I speak ASL as part of my job so I also use it daily with my bf and many other people I know do as well!
That said, I think it's really unique and cute to put the "pinky, pointer, thumb" on your rings. Nobody will get it if they ever see it so it's like a little inside "joke" between the two of you. I like it!

I'd go around to various jewelers and actually ask if they could inscribe the hand symbol!! I mean,it's not that big. If they can do a heart, I don't see why they couldn't do that too. I think the "pinky, pointer, thumb" sounds a little corny to me....just my opinion though which doesn't count for much! :)

It doesn't matter if it's corny or romantic to anyone else, it means something to the two of you. It's a very cute idea. I'd go with pinky, pointer, thumb instead of "ILY" or spelling out I Love You, it's more personal between the two of you.

instead of that phrase why dont u have the picture dtawn in the ring? or maybe just the phrase i love u..... i just think that phrase is a little strange and eben though u and him will know what it means... it sounds kind of wierd... good luck to u ♥

the pinky pointer thumb is kinda corney...actually more confusing, at least to me. I get it, but.. idk. It is up to you two though. how about a catch phrase that you always say to each other..? anything silly that you will love and remember forever always works.
