I'd rather live without gasoline than without beer.

Absolutely serious. I've thought of all the implications.

in germany, many of the barley growers are beginning to grow corn for biodiesel(more money for the grower). this is driving up the prices of beer in germany. making many germans unhappy. but here in the u.s., we will be fine. i know this cause i work at a beer distributor and read in the paper.

BFD I make my own beer and you all should too. It's fun and much tastier than making your own gasoline.


I think I'll call my next batch Octane Ale.
