Yes, there is no correspondent word in Italian and we regularly use the English words "hippie","hippy" and "hippies".

I have often heard the term "figlio / figlia dei fiori" for a male and female hippy respectively. The plural is "figli dei fiori", literally "flower children".

You can hear this term in films like "La meglio gioventu'", "Le stagioni del cuore" and "Romanzo criminale", set in the 1960-80 period. Obviously it's a bit dated now, like hippy in English.
