Which airline did you register the miles?
If you remembered to register them after each flight, the records should still be there. Otherwise, the points could have expired.
If you meant you forgot your account name/login password, why not give the customer service staff a call to check on it?
If you are truly a "frequent" flyer, you are supposingly a valued customer of that Airline company, I don't think they will ignore you.
