No. There are several mistakes in your question.
Let's say someone steals a bag from an old lady. People don't know who to run after, and someone who has seen the thief, points him out and shouts "ESE", it means: THAT ONE, for masculine. If the thief is a woman, it would be "ESA" meaning THAT ONE for femenine.
ESO does not mean THIS, but THAT, . It is like this:
ESTO = THIS (As in "Esto es lo que quiero= This is what I want)
ESO = THAT (As in "Eso es lo que quiero= That is what I want"
AQUELLO = THAT (far in space or/and time) (As in "Aquello era lo que yo querÃa= That was what I wanted)
If not clear enough ask again quick I'll try to answer.
Hope it helps.

Eso = that (neutral)
Ese = that (masculine)
Esa = that (feminine)
The last two can be used before a noun: "ese lápiz" (that pencil) - "esa mesa" (that table).
"Eso" never goes before a noun. It just means "that".
"this one" is "este" (masculine) or "esta" (feminine).
"Uno" is never used with any of those words.

no, "this one" don't mean "uno ese".
"ese" is like "that" in English. So when you point someone out, you are really saying "that is the guilty one" (ese es el culpable).
Esa is used the same way for feminine objects only.
Eso is use for unspecific objects.
