It looks "kinda simple" when you know what and how to do mechanical stuff. Wacthing someone do it is not the same as doing it yourself. If you don't have any mechanical skill - LET SOMEONE WHO KNOWS do it!
Your life is NOT worth trying to save few dollars (and what if something goes wrong and you have an accident AND also injure or even kill someone else?)
Also - this is the WEDDING section!

It is quite simple, if you have all the tools on hand. I did my own brakes once, I got the instructions from the repair part of Autozone.com. You will need a new set of brake pads, a C-clamp to set the brake caliper back to the original position so that you can put on the new pads, a ratchet handle, a star socket, grip pliers, a hammer, a can of brake cleaning solution to spray on the calipers to remove the brake dust, and a few other things that I cannot remember at the present. If you follow the instructions, it should not take more than an hour to an hour and a half to do your brakes.

Brakes are easy if you are mechanically inclined.. go to a car parts store and find a repiar manual specific to your year and model of car. It might span several years. It will give recommendations on tools and how long it shoud take, as well as safety tips.

Well, do you have disc, ot drum brakes? Answer that, and I will tell you the rest. Or you can buy a Haynes manual for your car, and that will tell you in great detail how to fix practically anything on it.

Oh, are you doing this as part of the wedding entertainment? Or is it part of the ceremony? A little inappropriate isnt it? And just a tad tacky....
