depends on a few things. Which Branch you want to get into, and what else do you bring to the table? where is the degree from. a 2.9 in Math from an Ivy League school carries more weight than a 3.8 from a less prestigious school.

Basically, the Army is pretty much looking at 100% acceptance for all qualified candidates. the Navy and Air Force: not so much.

Yes you can get into Army OCS with less than a 3.5 GPA. There are many things that must be completed prior to becomming and officer. The biggest issue is scoring well on the ASVAB and you MUST have a GT score of 110 or higher. Check with your local Army Recruiter for the details and an OCS packet.

For the Marine Corps, assuming you are not already enlisted, or enrolled at the Academy you would look to apply for the PLC program (platoon leadership class). In order to be accepted you must of scored either at least 1000 of the math/verbal portion of the SAT or a 74 on the asvab, a physical fitness test of a 225 and at least a 2.0 gpa.

Yes. If you score high enough on the ASVAB you can qualify in the Army. If you pass the AFOQT you can qualify in the AF. I'm not sure about the Navy and Marines, but I highly doubt every officer in the service graduated with a 3.5 or better.

Yes, it's still possible to get into OCS even though you don't have a 3.5 GPA.

Yes, as long as you have all the other requirements, you should be fine. I only had a 2.9 and I was accepted but could not go because of a health issue.

You should be fine.
