Proberly you. Quite a few cabbies will drive too fast, or spin the car around or whatever, but they're generally pretty well practiced at it.

dont know you but will say a cabbie anyway...why? parked my car at work 2 hrs later a cabbie reversed 3 meters into it and drove off into taxi rank! got shock of life when i asked for their insurance details!!!
