One thing I've learned from department stores that carry video games is that the new game systems like the ps2 and ESPECIALLY the wii is that they aren't very compatible with TVs older than 5-7 years. So it might be very helpful to get a new tv, and they work best on the flat screen type with a good picture (forgot what it's called but you get the idea). If not, then go to an electronic store and buy one of those "all-in-one" tv-hookup packs. Ask the clerk, they'll know what to find you. Be sure to tell them what kind of tv you have, and how old it is, and they may be able to find something to fit. :)

Get a 4 way audio video selector switch from Radio Shack or similar vendor. Here http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2049645&cp=&sr=1&origkw=video+switch&kw=video+switch&parentPage=search
