So today at work (office building), a crew was there installing something for the building air conditioning system.

One of the guys was at the top of the stairs with a cell phone to his ear. He was standing probably 15 feet from the elevator door where a cute younger woman was waiting for the elevator.

Another woman walked by and happened to look at the guy and she saw him holding a second cell phone but pointed at the cute girl.

This second woman didn't think much of it, then a minute later used the elevator herself. She pressed the button and waited a second, then spun around looked at the guy and right when she did that he dropped the hand with the second phone down to his side.

She told his supervisor what happened and he looked at her like she was crazy.

In any case, this pissed me off to say the least and I'm wondering if it is something I should let the police know about. I know they won't be able to do a damn thing, but at least they'll know.

Thoughts?

"Upskirt" is a slang term usually referring to up skirt photography, images of the view up a woman's skirt (as seen from underneath), including shots of a woman's underwear, or exposing her vulva or buttocks.

Alternately, an "upskirt" may be a video, or an illustration. While these images may be captured consensually, many viewers seek upskirt images taken surreptitiously (and presumably without the subject's consent). The creation and viewing of this type of upskirt are considered forms of voyeurism.

Many states are now enacting laws against this activity. You may wish to check your own state laws and act accordingly.

If you suspect this person is taking this type of photograph, I would suggest you call the building/office security personnel to report the suspicious activity!

Best wishes.

File a report. If no crime was committed, at least there will be a record.
