I have a two door "Sports" type car right now, I have a family and I need a Truck now, but I'm upside down on my car, would it be better to not try, or try to get a new, or get a used Truck?

Buy a used truck, one that you can afford to make the payments on, and afford gas in. Since you are having problems paying on the car you currently have how do you plan on making payments on a truck?

Depending on the status of your current car loan you may not be granted a loan for anything.

Should have bought a sensable car in the first place, since I'm sure you were thinking about having a family in the future. The car can go away, or will wear out eventually, but your family is always going to be there so get rid of that sports car and buy a real car.
