Basicly it means you get "no strings attached" sex. Most guys dream of it. If you can keep it up that is, sex by design promotes togetherness. Of course this can really put a crimp in your plans of "keeping it about sex".
If you can be emotionally detached enough to do it, then shoot. Its also possible she wants to sex you up and then ask you out (sort of a eating the cake and then asking if you can have it approach :P).

friends with benfits means simply friends that benifit from eachother sexually but keep it on the downlow. you two wouldn't be dating or anything but preforming sexual acts and keeping them secert. it takes a lot of trust to be true friends with b.
