Two that I particularly like are these:
1. Fry the ground beef with fresh onion in the pan with it, apply garlic to taste. When browned start cooking some minute rice. Now drain the onions and beef and add to it a full container of sour cream and a regular sized full can of mushroom soup. MMMMMMM It is sort of a quick delight. You mix it all in the frying pan and heat it all a little more then serve it over rice. Yummy and filling too. If you don't like rice you can serve it over mashed potatoes. The quickest way to do those is to microwave your potatoes until you have enough backed potatoes, cut in half, scoup out potatoe, add a very little milk and lots of butter and mash. Salt and pepper all to taste.
2. This hamburger meal is the onion and hamburger again, pepper with cajun spice to taste. Microwave potatoes to about half done, cut in smaller pieces and add the potatoes to the frying pan. MMMM hot or mild-mmmmm.
Ofcourse, don't forget you can always heat some tomatoe sauce, boil some 10 minute speghetti while the hamburger and onion frys, drain meat, also speghet and mix all of them.
Meatloaf does not take long to mix or bake either for a change of pace. There are so many things you can make with ground meat....like hamburgers!

Here is some burger recipes mostly on the grill and a few other tossed in
Marinate them wit a little BBQ sauce (not too much or they will not stay together my fav is Jack danials old #7) always grill on low heat.
Marinate with teriyaki sauce and Italian seasoning.
Marinate with tereyaki and spicy brown mustard
Create a cordon blue hamburger take two patties thin in between put a slice of ham and some mozzarella or provolone cheese and grill or fry.
It can be mixed with mac and cheese, rice, beef rice a roni etc. This one is really different but works. Make some scrambled hamburger, and some Angel hair pasta, mis together and add a can of cream of chicken soup, it is actually quiet good.
Scramble you hamburger and season with taco sauce, mix in some rice, or mix with scrambled eggs and serve on a tortilla shell
ALways use a hamburger that is low in fat, 86% - 93% and always drain the fat off
Hope this gives you a couple of options

Brown the ground beef with a little onion, salt and pepper. Drain it and add a can of tomato soup, 1/2 can of water, a squirt of catsup, and a dash of worcestershire sauce. Bring this to a bubbling boil, turn down and let simmer until thick. Can be used as sloppy joes or poured over macaroni or other pasta.

1st brown your beef and let the grease drain off of it, meanwhile, you can have some macaroni noodles boiling. Once the macaroni is done, drain that too. Use an entire can of diced tomatoes and a can of tomato paste SEASON ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE. Mix all of these ingredients together and pour into a baking dish - sprinkle some shredded cheese on top and bake for about 15 minutes or until cheese becomes a LIGHT/soft brown color. That my friend is beef-a-roni!
