I'm looking for something new...no mushrooms, bell peppers, or wild meats. something that isn't very common like spagetti though. any ideas???

Chicken With Fettuccini Alfredo

Ingedients:
8 ounces fettuccine pasta
5 tablespoons butter, divided
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
salt and pepper
1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon minced onions
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 1/2 cups light cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Prep:
1. Cook fettuccini according to package.
2. Drain.
3. While fettuccini is cooking, prepare chicken.
4. Heat 12in skillet, add 2 TBS butter.
5. Flatten chicken slightly.
6. Salt and pepper chicken.
7. Roll in flour, add to skillet.
8. Cook and brown until juices run clear, about 10 minutes.
9. Remove from skillet.
10. Add to skillet 2 TBS butter, onions, and garlic.
11. Cook 1 minute.
12. Add cream, cook for 3 minutes until reduced a bit.
13. Add cheese, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
14. Stir well.
15. Add last 1 TBS butter and stir well.
16. Bring back chicken and coat with sauce.
17. Place chicken on plates, put fettuccini in sauce and swirl around to coat well.
18. Add to plate with chicken.

Skinless boneless chicken breasts marinated in Thia and ginger sauce (readily available in the grocery store) then baked at 350-375 for 30-45 minutes. Rice as a side dish with the marinade also sprinkled on the rice. Add a plain garden salad and you are there.

Creamy Chicken with Bow Tie Pasta


Ingredients
12 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 Tbsp. olive oil
15 oz. can tomato sauce
14. 5 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix
15 oz. can drained sweet peas
1/4 cup whipping cream
6 oz. prepared bowtie pasta
Shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions
Saute chicken in oil until done; stir in next 4 ingredients. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered for 5-10 minutes until thickened. Slowly stir in cream. Serve over hot pasta; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Makes 4-5 servings.

Bow tie pasta with chicken, spinach, mixed in a white sauce add a pinch of red pepper flakes and enjoy with a glass of white wine and bread of your choice.

We're having chicken soft tacos (homemade). Just cook chicken, a small tortilla, cheese, sour cream, salsa. Yummmm!

Try making a simple curried chicken pie, with mashed potatoes, leeks and carrots.

chicken breast/swiss cheese/ ham / bread crumbs/eggs
oven
really easy
cut hole in boneless skinless breast roll cheese and ham
put inside dip in egg and in bread crumbs and put in over on 350 untill chicken is done it takes about 30 mins
