You should start it like any other conversation and then in the middle of it, just let her know how you have been feeling about her and that you would love for her to share some of her time with you as your girlfriend....tell her how you started falling for her and the reasons you like her. How about by starting off with not being a needy demanding little ( | ) how's that for starters?
What you need to do is create an interest here and your starting this all wrong with the you see the attitude of ( shaky little how do I say the magic words to make her fall on her back in love with me so I can ask her out attitude is bassakwards ) feel me?
You need to treat this situation like you have been there a thousand times before and have fun with it... Tease her accuse her of looking at you like a object and that your human too and if she wants to ask you out she is going to have to earn it.
Be playful and fun different then the last 10-walking hormones that has come up to her reverse the roles be cocky and Funny and also don't think of this as the end all be all relationship type of thing!!
Go out and be this way with the next 5-cute girls you meet tease them playfully have fun and they will actually respond BE THE BALL!!!

If you try to start it with something in particular, you will probably end up staling the actual question, maybe stumbling over some words along the way. Just do it straight up. Next time you see her. Take a big deep breath and walk up to her and go "hey (name), I'm gonna go (an activity) on (day of the week) would you like to come?" or "hey (name). You busy on (day) want to go to the movies with me? or something along those lines. Then when she says yes, smile, establish a time, say bye, then leave to recollect yourself.

Start talking about movies that are in the theater now and restaurants she may like.Ask her to go with you to see one,and then take her out to eat after.

Find out what she is into first- Then try and start with things youns have in common-go from there
