If they hang around is usually a good sign. Unlike girls guys are unlikely to bust out some "i love you" stuff. Love these days is screwed, but if you still enjoy hanging out and doing stuff together after a couple of months then its workin.

Id have to say when he goes out of his way to do things for you.. i.e. flowers, surprises, etc... Usually when a guy really likes you he will always try to be with you whether he is missing a good TV show or something semi-important to him.
