Okay, this may come as a shock to you but women in porn can do that because of lots of practice. Squirting(I think this is the technical term) happens to a small percentage of women with regularity, and a larger percentage once in a while. Orgasm or climax doesn't have to include a gush of cumm... but for some women it does. It has something to do with the muscles constricting a just the right moment. When you get wet, it's cumm.
