no it wont. You paid for the cheapest insurance coverage someone can get- and with that low price- comes only coverage for vehicles you hit.
The only thing you could do is sue the person who stole your car directly.. but we all know the odds of them paying you back even if you did win the case...

Liability coverage only covers damage that you do to other people and/or their property (cars, buildings, land, etc). Sorry, but your car isn't covered for theft, or any damage that is done to it.
