Because the Mexicans take advantage of all the perks this country has to offer but won't stand up as Americans. Some, NOT ALL, want the benefits of the USA but refuse to become Americanized themselves. They (and others) want the best of both worlds but, that is NOT possible!

I am mad about that fact. It was terrible. This in no way shows the way Mexicans in America behave towards Americans. I really disliked the way they behaved and it was wrong what they did. This wasn't a political event and booing had no place in it.

I'm a little more concerned about the people who were chanting "Osama, Osama!"
So a couple of Mexicans have bad manners, they represented themselves as Mexicans badly to the whole world who watched them.
If anything, Mexicans should be mad at those who were involved, it shows the whole world a bad face of Mexico.

Let me tell you why no one is mad... No one watched it, lol. I know I certainly didn't. But I can't believe that in my own country I have "Press 1 for English" but Mrs. USA can't get away with speaking English on a International TV show.

If we all did what was right to the best of our knowledge, than that incident shouldn't have happened. I do agree that if you live in this country, LEARN ENGLISH. I don't have the time and I don't want to learn Spanish. I would love for my children to though.

Mexico needs more than a few lessons in class...
But just so you'll know, USA does NOT have an official language, even though you clearly think we ought to select English.

We don't let that kind of stuff bother us but I do agree with you; what they did to Miss USA was classless.
Heck, I even aplaud Miss USA for putting up with their crap and even smiling and waving to the crowd after taking a spill during the evening gown competition.

(1) She did not have to speak Spanish.
(2) Americans don't want to lower themselves to the Mexican level. In fact, it is rather difficult to be that low class nowadays.

By the way...I hope you b*tch just the same about Americans who rudely insist that Mexicans speak English while they're here...
