Was born and raised in the Catholic church. In the past few years, I have started to go to Christian churches. The first one wanted us to ask the pastor for permission to have a birthday party at home on the night of service. They believed in God-Church and then family. That didnt last too long, I felt suffocated. I now go to another Christian church that puts no demands on you. When I do go to church, I feel welcome and joyful. I have truthfully never been happier or more close to God.

Think I know all there is to know?? That question would better be asked to an atheist. Not sure I get your questions, but I'll take a stab at them:

>are you happy and can you go to other churches without trouble?

I'm reasonably happy and yes.

>are you satisfied,

In some ways yes, in others no.

>think you know all there is to know

Each day I realize I know less than I thought I did the day before.

> feel that you understand other people (even other local Christian Churches)

Some yes, some no

>and are free to come and go in your church with the support of your family and pastor?

Yes

Yes, I can go to other churches without trouble. I just love to go to different Christian churches along my own church.

I like my church the best, but there is no trouble for visiting other churches. The same God.

i think that any christian or someone who's even looking into the faith is allowed at any church. well, at least any church i've been to.
i dont think that even the best Christians know all there is to know about God and Christianity..its kind of a learn as you go thing. The best you can do is just read the bible and follow what you believe God wants you to do.

i'm initially from Indiana and have been a United Methodist. i discovered the previous style exercises starting to be stale. Many church homes now are beginning up to have 2 forms of provider, one the classic and the different with a extra modern-day attitude. i've got been to 3 different church homes with the prevalent attitude and that they are very comparable. They deal extra with compliment worship to the beat of a band or orchestra and characteristic skipped over an incredible style of the interpreting reaction (which i've got constantly discovered to be just about senseless. The extra modern-day version is extra relaxing and uplifting for me while my mom and father nonetheless bypass purely to a church with the classic provider. i think of it is likewise significant to discover a congregation that has a existence to it. that folk bypass to bible learn and the Sunday colleges' have a actual communicate approximately how the Bible applies to existence extremely than somebody who merely reads out of the Sunday college e book. on occasion human beings get too caught up interior the denomination factor. hit upon a sturdy Bible coaching church that teaches the easy tenets that all and sundry denominations could adhere too. I attend a Baptist church now. My sister is going to a non-denominational church. i've got seen comparable exercises yet various pastime in a church. yet on occasion too, even conventional worship won't be sufficient for a believer who has a actual pastime to serve. there are various toddlers employer with a Christian philosophy. Your pastor is additionally waiting to advise some! :)

If you feel that your religon is right and if you don't then don't go. But if you feel it is right why would you want to go somewhere else where maybe they were not teaching the truth? that doesn't make any sense.
You should read the bible many times and think about what your reading and then make a decision about who's really teaching the bible and then go there.
Why let some man who probably never read the bible tell you what it says? Queeze! don't you people have a brain?
