You are ambitious! I believe you want to set up a few too many things for your stand though. You are starting to sound like a vendor who would need to be old enough to work or have a work permit, a permit for a concession stand, and a food handlers license. All of those things are obtained by studying, passing a test and then paying for the licenses pretty much. Since you are just 11, why not just offer lemonade and lemon cookies or lemon sugar cookies. Maybe the next week it could be lemonade or pink lemonade and lemon cupcakes from a box with lemon frosting. Start small and then if you want to work up to something bigger maybe you could talk to your mom or an older brother and sister and do kind of a cottage industry which is selling something from your home that you make. You could put out signs and advertise by word of mouth. If you work with a brother or sister or a friend that you can trust, then you can share the work, take breaks and ofcourse after your costs, come up with a plan of how to split the money you make. Recipes can be obtained by an internet search such as "cranberry muffin recipes". If you start out simple at first you won't have to invest much in your sales products at first and you will have more profit. As your customers increase you can look at what weeks were your best sellers and which foods you sold those days. Don't forget to take into account that rainy days may not be good sale days. Cold days may be bad....unless ofcourse you are selling hot chocolate and so on. Best Wishes and I hope you grow into a great big store one day!

Have your mom take you to Costco and get those big packages of individual packets of chips. They'll keep in the heat, and the salt will make people thirsty and want more lemonade. You'll also make a big profit per bag. Sweets and lemonade don't really mix. If you want to serve other drinks, consider a big cooler of canned sodas and drinks (again, buy in bulk)

you could stick with a lemon theme and make lemon bars. mmm, refreshing!

Winning Lemon Bars

2 sticks (8 ounces) butter
2 cups flour
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
4 beaten eggs
2 cups sugar
4 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely grated lemon peel
sifted confectioners' sugar

Heat oven to 325°. Blend butter, 2 cups flour and 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar. Pat into ungreased 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. For filling, blend together eggs, sugar, 4 tablespoons flour, lemon juice, and lemon peel.

Pour over first layer. Return to oven and bake at 325° for 20 minutes. Loosen around edges, cut into bars and sift confectioners' sugar over the top while warm.

Easiest... Get some Pillsbury cookie dough in the tube. Make small cookies, let cool.
Give out 1 or 2 small cookies rather that big ones!
Good luck!
