I have no clue if this is even possible...
I am one of those people that need a filling (edible) breakfast or I am either hungry in a few hours or have no energy.....
Plus I am getting bored of the usual....
Any ideas...

Oatmeal with a few of your favorite nuts sprinkled on top. The nuts signal a chemical in your brain that tells it you are full. Egg white omelet with your favorite veggies and a slice of whole wheat toast.Smoothies are awesome because you can use your favorite ingredients. Kashi Go Lean Crunch. I just received a free sample by logging on to Kashi.com. Also, check out the prevention web site and The Best Life Diet. It taught me a lot about how hunger works. I've lost over 50 lbs this year and I am never hungry!

Believe it or not - the ideal breakfast is one ounce of cheese and an orange...

Eating breakfast kick starts the metabolism - the cheese provides the protein and carbohydrate needed to get the stomach cranking and the orange provides vitamins and the fibre needed to help you feel fuller for longer...

Sorry, but that sounds a yucky way to start the day to me...

but then I am a lady of ample proportions...

maybe I should give up my three mugs of tea and two f a gs to start the day and try eating instead...

Unlikely.

Yogurt with low-fat granola, an apple with light peanut butter, or egg whites on a whole wheat english muffin. These should keep you full, and give you energy. (These are my 3 personal fav's)

Fruit, oatmeal, yogurt. Eat something with lots of protein (such as yogurt) or fiber and it should help fill you up.
