how about i am same way eat no read meat lean white meats no starch veges no bread no pasta no rice no carbs but the good kind in veges and no fruit
how about
ground turkey from shady brook farms leaner the better and make turkey burgers add 2 percent cheese on top of urs and for flavor use seasonings in the meat like parsley garlic and onion and alittle bbq sauce don't put urs on a bun but the kids u can and serve next to steamed broccoli and or cauliflower
