I was watching a bogus documentary a couple of weeks ago where this reporter went around interviewing mexicans and asking them if they were up to date on the immigrant problem they faced (referring to people migrating INTO Mexico) and asking what they thought of it. I was surprised and a bit remorseful at the fact that more than half of t/people interviewed said that it 'wasn't right' for t/immigrants to do this seeing as mexicans had enough problems of their own and that they didn't need anymore people causing chaos in their country. WTH? do they not realize that it's a bit hypocritical of them to say, when most of t/immigrant population coming into the US are from Mexico and surrounding countries?!
See, I am neither for or against t/whole immigration thing, but I say that if they (referring to t/Mexicans in this particular case) want to have equal rights and opportunities in t/US, couldn't they at least try and accept others who are dealing with t/same issues over in Mexico?
