It will, pretty much everything shows up, but depending on what they are looking for they may or may not test for it. If you have a prescription for it you don't have to worry about it.

Absolutely, especially on a work related drug screen. A company is given a check list of what the prefer the client be tested for and almost always cyclobezaprine is choosen in the top 7.

Most every medication or drug will show up in urinalysis.

Probably, depending on what they're looking for. It's a muscle relaxant though, not a hardcore painkiller or anything. As long as you have a prescription for it, I wouldn't think it should be problematic...unless your work prohibits it (it can make you drowsy).
