Do I need to refrigerate it? If so, is this after opening it or even before? Also, I plan on using it to cook my eggs in. Is this OK?

Hello. No, you do not need to refrigerate olive oil. It can last on the shelf for 6 months once you open it. Yes, you can cook your eggs with it. It is a healthier alternative than butter, or you could use Pam cooking spray.

Virgin Olive Oil needs a chastity cork to stay fresh. And keep it away from Popeye.

Do not put the Oil in the Fridge, it will get cloudy and kinda lumpy. Just keep it in a cool Cabinet in your Kitchen.
You "CAN" use it for Egg's, but Taste wise Butter is better !!!

You do not need to refrigerate oil. even EVOO can be kept fresh just by keeping the top on the bottle.

No, don't refrigerate it! You'll hate yourself. Just keep the cap or cork on it and keep it in the cupboard. And it'll be just fine for eggs. In fact, you'll probably find many other uses for it too.
