If you are dedicated in getting one, and never give up in trying then the answer is a resounding yes. Some tips to help, dre4ss nice, speak respectfully, (no slang) sound enthusiastic about the position. Be ready in the interview for questions like what is your strong point? What are your weaknesses? Why do you want this position? Why are you a better choice than other candidates? What are you doing to improve yourself? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What are your goals? Just a little heads up as to some questions that are usually asked to make you more prepared for the interview. Now go get that job

Depends on yourself. Are you willing to take a job that you are able to do, or jump the queue and wait for your ultimate job? If you are prepared to take that any job then you have a chance, It is better to apply for jobs while you are working.
