The little girl is black with very little white underneath & the boy is brown with a little white underneath. Chihuahuas are picky eaters,do NOT listen to the phrase "he'll eat when he's hungry".My dog went without eating for 3 days because our vet told us this.Turns out its not true.Chihuahuas,especially puppies,are prone to low blood sugar which can be deadly.This could be why hes shaking.I would consult your vet.Try some different dog foods until you find one he likes.I feed my Chihuahua Nutro Natural Choice. As for the fearfulness, I went through the same thing. It will take some time for him to get used to everything and to bond with you. For now be patient,give him treats (good things,like bits of hotdog) to show him that he can trust you,but do not force him to be with you.Dogs don't eat when their nervous,which could be another reason why hes not eating.
