I suggest you see a Podiatrist to find out exactly what is wrong with your heel. There can be many reasons and this specialist can help resolve your problem.

Could have a flare-up of plantar fasciitis. The fascia (connective tissue) between the ball of your foot and your heel (which stretches along the arch) can be tight, and pull on the heel as you put weight on your foot. Try stretches before walking - pulling toes toward head so back of heel is stretched. THis will loosen the achilles tendon on the other side of the heel.
Meanwhile, ice your heel. Also, DON'T go barefoot - wear a shoe or sandal with arch support all the time. Can settle down in a few days to a week with this treatment.

if you have a false leg, it could be that the heel has come loose on your prosthetic, a couple of screws or a bit of glue might help.
