Any suggestions of what i should eat (meal, dinner etc)..something that would lose fat....

Drink as much water as you can and eat as many fresh fruits and vegetables as you can. Stay away from the crap foods that you know you shouldn't be eating, like chips and junk foods. Eat reasonable amounts of "normal" foods...maybe the suggested serving size would be appropriate for now. Oh, and do some type of exercise, even if it's not formal exercise. Dancing, hiking, yard work, etc.

i just got done w/ my first diet and it worked. The easiest way to lose is to stop drinking beer and pop. beer is useless calories and cutting pop out of your diet will cut your sugar intake. If you are going to snack fruit and vegetables are the best. The most important meal of the day when dieting is breakfast it will stabilize you metabolism and help give you energy to burn fat all day. as far as working out i was doing 45 minutes of cardio at about 145 beats per minute (heart rate) and some moderate weight lifting. the key is to burn about 500 calories and limit your calorie intake sounds hard but...

A diet will not help. The only way is to change ones way of life. Eat much healthier and regular exercise..... for the rest of your life.
