There is only one full moon in any month really, since month means a full cycle of the moon. The phenomenon of a "blue" moon has more to do with shoving the year into 12 oddly numbered months instead of the 13 it more naturally falls into.

Woohoo... Yep and of course since it's a full moon we have clouds in the sky. It happens every time. Now I'm not complaining we need rain. Now if it would just rain!

Yes, in the path I walked, there was a special ritual we do for the Blue Moon. I hate full moons because they really screw with my psyche, and blue moons are ten times worse.
