Sweetie if you have to ask that question the answer is probably yes. I've been stalked and it's always better to be safe than sorry. Write down when you see him, where, phone calls, anything that makes you uncomfortable. After a while it'll be ovbious and if need be you'll have the records to prove your allegations. Example: someone going through your emails without your permission or checking your Myspace page constantly and reading through your comments,driving by your house, following you, showing up at the places that you usually hang out at...If you feel like your getting stalked by someone you should tell someone about it. If your driving somewhere and a car keeps following you. If you've made 7 or 8 different turns down all kinds of streets, and they keep following. Nobody goes the exact same way another person does, when you deliberately try to lose them. If your driving around a city block that's one way, and you keep looping it and they do too, their definitely following you.

You tell them to leave you alone and they don't. They call and text message you over 20 times a day. They pop up everywhere you go. They also drive by your house at night really slow and turn their lights off. They call your job and harass you.
