Sweetie if you have to ask that question the answer is probably yes. I've been stalked and it's always better to be safe than sorry. Write down when you see him, where, phone calls, anything that makes you uncomfortable. After a while it'll be ovbious and if need be you'll have the records to prove your allegations. If not there is nothing lost right? Be safe and take care.

When you know that your privacy has been invaded. Example: someone going through your emails without your permission or checking your Myspace page constantly and reading through your comments,driving by your house, following you, showing up at the places that you usually hang out at...If you feel like your getting stalked by someone you should tell someone about it. Dont wait until they do something even more threatening.

You should check your state law on stalking. And if you happen to live in NH, Stalking is listed under RSA 633:3-A.

I would talk about the situation with several people who are old enough to be your pARENTS, INCLUDING MEN. If the over all conclusion is that you are being stalked. Then you most likely are.

If your driving somewhere and a car keeps following you. If you've made 7 or 8 different turns down all kinds of streets, and they keep following. Nobody goes the exact same way another person does, when you deliberately try to lose them. If your driving around a city block that's one way, and you keep looping it and they do too, their definitely following you.

If they're calling your personal lines and/or place of business an unusual amount of times thruout the day;

If they're waiting around for you to come out of your house, place of business, and other places you go;

If they're doing "research" to find out things about you;

If they keep showing up where you are when you made it clear that you dont want to be bothered;

If they continually send you things, i.e., letters, gifts, flowers, cards, or just THINGS in general;

If they follow you

You tell them to leave you alone and they don't. They call and text message you over 20 times a day. They pop up everywhere you go. They also drive by your house at night really slow and turn their lights off. They call your job and harass you.
