Hello, I run a small website with a newsletter that has a whooping 20 people signed up. Is there FREE software to manage this? If not, I might as well put in the extra effort to manage it myself. Thanks

great second answer, rookie response first answer. The only thing I don't know about the email list on outlook is: Is it anonymous? For example, if I make a listing called "Newsletter" and mail to everyone on the list, can they see who else is getting the email?

We have a similar situation. I'm not sure how you mean, "manage this." We maintain our list of members (in our case, 150 or so, but comparable to your case) as Contacts in Outlook. We gave them Categories, to separate them from our personal Contacts. We use Outlook's abilities to create Views, to filter only that list of members, by category, then create mailing labels, using Mail Merge, to send mailing labels. Just as easily, we do mass emailings, by copying email addresses from the list into the "To" field of a "Compose" email window. We compose newsletters using any word processor (it could just as well be Word, or OpenOffice, or WordPerfect, or Wordpad, or whatever...) and add as an attachment to the mass emailing or send as hardcopy with the labels. You could also use Googles Documents and Spreadsheets to share the newsletter online, or place the newsletter as a page in a website, which we also do...any help?
