I take an 8 oz. glass and fill half and half with mineral oil and orange juice. It works everytime, and is very gentle.

A couple suggestions:

A drink made with 4 oz apple juice (organic, no additives works best), 4 oz water, 2 tbsp whole leaf aloe vera juice (not drink), 1 tbsp liquid chlorophyll and 1 tbsp psyllium husks. Mix in that order (the psyllium will expand in the water) and drink immediately. Then take one tablet cascara sagrada. Drink this in the a.m. before breakfast and then 30 minutes before dinner. Drink daily for about 7-10 days. Should do the trick.

For something more temporary/occasional, try senna leaf tea...marketed by some teas companies as Smooth Move. That gives pretty good results when used as a supplement.

Hope this helps!

Been researching on some of that, and I am on one of the so called colon cleansers now and must say it is the best!!! Go check out Dr. Natura .com and it is at the top of the line. I would go with apple cider vinegar for the most natural. Just go to the site for it and it is just wonderful the info. about vinegar and all it helps. You will not be disappointed.

So called colon cleaners and enemas can make you pretty sick! If you need to 'go' more often try eating high fiber foods including shredded wheat, oatmeal and the like.
p.s. mineral oil will stop you from absorbing vitamins and minerals and castor oil is poisons to the system.
