One of the major divisions of Caucasian, is Semitic, which encompasses both Hebrews and Arabs. So technically, yes, Jesus was Caucasian, and so was Muhammed, though of course neither was "white", meaning western european Caucasian.

Jesus was of Middle East origin. He was not caucasian. Many people do not read the Holy Bible completely, so we all fall short. At least Christians and Believers, know that there is a God and Believe. No it is not nonsense and it is not funny. At least give Christians and Believers Credit, that they are trying to know.

Arab Americans along with other Middle Eastern Americans are classified as Caucasian. So, although he didn't look like your standard European American Caucasian, you could potentially classify him as Caucasian on a technicality.
Of course, that's just census stuff and hardly some authority on racial status of a 2000 year old dead man.

Some of it is nonsense, but for the first time since the original mythology of Jesus as the jewish messiah got established people are beginning to question it,and i think that's a healthy thing. The centerpeice is the question of ethnity and one could add religious upbring. Right now I'm trying to explore the myth that Judaism was the dominant religion in Palestine and that therefore he must have been one; i think the dominant religion was Zoroastrianism and that was likely the faith of Christ; His responses to temples, rabbis - everything about Judaism - do not suggest jewish ancestry. Nor were the hebrews the dominant ethnic group in the area. Since you are apparently well-versed in religious history, why not try making a contribution instead of reducing yourself with al this adolescent sneer-stuff you keep posting?

laughable to say the least, much like the first poster. They used to not even justify their narrow view, they just saw him as a white dude. The people started pointing out where Jesus were born, and POOF, more contradictions to make up a lie about.

So, what did middle eastern people look like before the Mongol invasions or other indo-european migrations?
Your statements, while tantalizing, offer no conclusion. It's the funniest thing.

The issue of Jesus' race is quite petty and irrelevant, seeing how his real life and historical role have been squashed by subsequent ages that hoped to make him into some kind of supernatural godhead. Confucius was about ten times wiser, penned his own golden rule, and never claimed to be god.

Yes I know there are people who'd rather worship their races than Jesus who are obsessed with what color he was. Not all of those people are white by the way.

Really! well my boss, while on earth, was a Jewish carpenter.
You know, those people are convinced in their mind of this foolishness because they probably are anti-Semitic and dread the idea that Jesus was a Jew.
